In September 2022, we completed the acquisition of this mixed-use commercial building located in the South End of the city in a good light industrial neighborhood. In addition of the functional 1000 square feet mezzanine, the size of the building is 7600 square feet and located on a 1.27 acre size lot with plenty of parkings. The ceiling clearance is 24 foot and the offices are equipped of air-conditioned. The building includes a loading dock and four large overhead doors. The overall condition is excellent and the front of the building will be modernized in 2023.
