In December 2020, we completed the acquisition of a 22,700 sq. ft industrial building on 5.4 acres of land located at the junction of Hwy 17 and Regent/Hwy 69. It is zoned M2 Industrial. The building has 4 large overhead doors entering 2 work areas with one work area containing two 3 tonne cranes. There are two truck level doors on one side and one drive-in door on the other side. There is also a large open area at the rear with 16’ 7” height to the beam. The reception, customer waiting area and the administrative offices were recently renovated. The building itself has been fully renovated in 2021 with a new roof, new overhead doors and new insulation.
