In December 2020, we completed the acquisition of a 22,700 sq. ft industrial building on 5.4 acres of land located at the junction of Hwy 17 and Regent/Hwy 69. It is zoned M2 light industrial. The building has 4 large overhead doors entering 2 work areas with one work area containing two 3 tonne cranes. There are two truck level doors on one side and one drive-in door on the other side. There is also a large open area at the rear with 16’ 7” height to the beam. The reception, customer waiting area and the administrative offices were recently renovated.
