In the Fall of 2021, we acquired this commercial office building. It is leased on a long-term basis to a single tenant occupying the entire 12,270 sq. ft building. It is a slab on grade construction with well finished office space, plenty of on-site surface parking with great exposure on Lasalle Blvd. We completed the upgrade of the building in 2022 with new siding, new flower beds and an enclosed garbage bins compound.
